AccuStore NW is proud to announce it has achieved Privacy Plus certification from the Professional Records & Information Services Management (PRISM) association. The certification means that the company is exceeding the highest level of standards for the records management industry for the privacy of information and protection against unauthorized access or use that may result in harm to any consumer.

The Privacy Plus certification aims to help record management companies share resources and best practices, reduce the number of privacy breach incidents, and ultimately provide the best possible service to clients of the records management industry.

In order to achieve Privacy Plus certification the company was and is required to meet a number of different criteria including but not limited to:

- Compliance with all state and federal legislation

- Designate a company privacy officer

-Implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards that reasonably protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client information
